Does Righteous Fire implicitly scale with 'increased spell damage' effects?
It appears to be a degen effect but levels and quality on it give increased/more spell damage which normally doesn't affect degens. It also doesn't have the "spell damage scales this skill's DoT" line that Contagion, ED, and Vortex have.

Anyone always listen to the NPC's to get pumped for the zones? For some reason Diallas dialouge after defeating Kaom and Daresso about giving away the last thing she had from Malachai seemed much more poiniant this time

Just take all minion nodes and the skill duration nodes for srs while levelling and low mapping, use zombie meat shields and srs damage and you are laughing. You will need to get specific gear for later maps but what build doesn't?

my single target is abysmal on my LA deadeye, at level 60 using lioneyes for now because its cheap and convenient, and with blast rain - faster attacks - physical projectile damage - slower proj, will link conc effect later.

WI is probably pretty good, but I think T12's a poor indication of a build's effectiveness.

The difference between T12 to T15's 0. I can melt bosses even in seconds even at T15. Trash's the same in T16, but T16 bosses can take so much more damage (they don't deal that much more damage compare to T15).

No, as a summoner of any kind your defenses are you minions. So buffing them and make sure they can take hits for you. SRS the premise is to kill stuff off screen before it even gets close to you. For zombies/spectres its about just not giving a fuck and have them shamble on. For AW its about momentum and killing things before minions fall/expire.[/spoiler]

That being said ES is most likely the way to go. You want to make sure you don't get one shot. So bare minimum 3k ES or 4k HP to start maps well. Once your ES starts to get more healthy you can go LL or start reserving health for more auras.

If you wanna go full deep end you can go all the way down to Blood Magic and the 50% less mana reserved node. You can reserve 5-7 auras. You use Stone Golem for your "mana" regen. This requires a shavs to be HC viable. You can get away with Solaris Lorcia in funcore.

Just got smoked in cruel, 60/70/11 res and I open a chest in riverways with a lightning exile right next to the lightning unique mob in the area. One thing I still miss is a "true" HC ladder..
Now..what do I mean with that?

There is Standard,Hardcore and 3 month leagues mkay..
Each one of theese cat. attracts diffr. players ofc.
I always find it funny when "HC" players complains about "game too easy" well..ofc they dont play the game the "hard way" =allright..Another complaint is that it would "split" the community ..(cmon folks)
But the current ladder lies...
Give us an option to check "Selffound - no trading or party allowed at char selection..
I do not ask for a seperate league ,just a seperate ladder and equal shit for all..


In the past the argument against this have been quite amusing ..ranged from "its not ment to be played like that" well..many do play solo and enjoy the feeling when "that item drops"
"Why take resources and money for this instead of fixing other stuff?" well , my suggestion is not that GGG creates a seperate league..just the option to lock party / trade =in existing leagues=easy .

So. PoE. Gems allow you to channel magic. Gemlings would fuse with the gems for more power with their magic. The world was nearly destroyed when they took harnessing that power a step further.
Piety found out about the gems and sold the information to the pope for funding to continue her obsession with magic. The pope exiles criminals to be used for human experimentation for Piety as she tries to uncover the secrets of the old empire. Blackguard military use gems - shield charge and arc for most cannon fodder and more diverse skills for those of a higher rank.

You play as an exiled criminal. You come across a gem early on. What is it about you, the player, that allows you to draw on so much more power from the gems than others? As you gain experience in combat, as you use the power of the gems more, you gain levels which gives you more power. Are you being corrupted by the gem, is it fusing with your character, are you somehow doing what the old empire attempted? Over the course of the game you kill piety and the pope who have both either fused with the gems on some level or used that power to literally ascend humanity. You take down Malachai who used magic to steal power with perhaps the strongest existence in the multiverse. You are able to safely traverse the realm of nightmares and conquer the strongest mother fuckers in history. But unlike all of them you're still human.

Change it from that minor regen to increased 20-39% life recovery for levels 1-20.
What this stat means is, all forms of life gain like flasks, leech, regen, LGoH etc, are increased by that amount. Makes it much more interesting, keeps the theme, allows to somewhat mitigate reduced recovery map mod. Due to being life recovery, it only affect life so stuff like ZO ES RF doesn't benefit from it in the slightest.
It seems, at least to me, like a perfect buff for life builds. (besides doubling life node values ofc)

Honestly, I think GGG is happy with where Vitality is now - as a tool for summoners & support builds and as a bandaid for RF players before they finalize their build. The problem is that if you buff Vitality too much to make it more useful for a wider range of builds, you also end up buffing its existing niche roles. I think that's one of the reasons why they introduced Stone Golem - it's like a better Vitality for solo life-based players that's less restrictive since you don't need to reserve mana to use it.
