How do I git gud with scout, specifically when fighting other scouts? I usually use stock scattergun, mad milk and the fish.

Is anyone else frustrated with the overall community denial of soldier being op? It's really frustrating sometimes to play against people who have low skill with the class and still get rekt. I mean honestly think about the stats.
