Did you even read into it at all?
Survivalist is just what it's called. It'll just be a "make your own perk" perk. It has nothing do with explicitly surviving.

kf2 could use more server backend mods similar to sourcemod. nothing crazy that changes the UI, just stuff like ranks and stat tracking for players. it would be fun to compete for kills and score beyond just one map.

It was just safe to assume Martial Artist was going to be a speed and technique version of melee with some ranged options with shit like Shurikens, while zerk was going to remain a much tankier guy with raw power but probably lesser speed so it isn't completely outclassing it.
