If you have your Empowereds in position correctly and they're just too slow to make the jump, then they need to stop worrying about DPSing and just be ready to fucking jump if Aksis lands in their court.

You can get more than enough damage in his last teleport. Have the 3 empowereds be ready to go and have the other half of the team do damage. When he makes his last jump, everyone goes nuts.
