I don't think there are any brainless champions, even with champions that have low skill floor, you still need to know how to play the game to make them work, and in that context they maybe are "harder". To answer your question, for me, is Garen, Aatrox, Darius, Tryndamere and old Yorick. Even with Yi you have to be smart to dodge spells with alpha strike.

LB is actually ease to play. All you need to get used to is her escape/initiate and when to use them. Other than that you have a free harass and almost impossible to lose lane champ.
