I'm saying that there's been a distinct slowing in league development alongside a rather massive expansion in riots staffing combined with the fact that they bought out a company that was developing Rising Storm, a fighting game made with the objective of being easy to get into

Side Tangent: My theory is that there is a conspiracy in Noxus regarding the disappearance of Du Couteau. Maybe Couteau knew something that one of the higher ranking officials of the Noxus command didn't want him to know, (probably Swain) and so they had Couteau eliminated.
