Some cores even stay on brown boots while getting other items.

Offlanners and supports often go for Tranqs, a few supps still go for arcs though.

Cores will vary between Treads and Phase if they don't stick on brown boots. Some might even go straight for BOTs for stronger map presence.

You have an inbuilt slow, attack speed and distance closing ability so phase is just so you can get in range easier to use them while also amplifying your crit damage.
