It doesn't have an exotic perk but you can customize it to be a scout rifle of any archetype, a pule rifle of any archetype and an auto rifle of any archetype.

No matter what primary meta Destiny has going, Khvostov has go your back.

I'm a huge newfag to Destiny and until the collection comes out I'm playing a vanilla copy I have lying around.
I've just been leveling up, doing story shit and I've come across a level 16 mission I'm locked out of cause I need the DLC (house of wolves or something)

As far as I've seen so far levels are set for each mission, so if I skipped over this until I bought the collection would I end up having to faceroll a bunch of low level missions later on or is there some scaling shit for that DLC?

I would've expected expansion locked content to be higher than 16.
