Everyone built correctly and called everything and made no real fuck ups until the last round

You think any of that is bad? My ranked win rate was 56% over 500 games played. Then after some patch where HiRez said that they would "improver" ranked by adjusting something I lost 30 something games out of 35-37. The only games won were wen someone DC'd and we just won 5v4
Every other game was literally hell. I played twice with one guy who went Loki adc, third game I baned Loki just so that he can go normal adc and he picked Geb and left. Now my win rate is 52% and I'm winning again. I literally wanted an hero during that losing period.
I guess the good part is that it took me like 30 games to go down 200 elo but now I got back withing 15 with mixed win rate

See the sad thing is, during season 1 I climbed from Bronze 2 to Gold 3, then in season 2 from Gold 2 (thanks elo adjustments) to Platinum 2 by solo queuing support. Then in March I decided to do the qualifiers for this season and got completely shafted with my teammates and placed in Bronze 1, literally uninstalled at that point.

It's impossible to carry those shitters as a support now, feels like the "growing" player base just added shitters who only play ranked to test out gods they played once during double worshippers weekend. Honestly can't understand why would anyone playing Ranked would not want to win. You join a gamemode that is designed to provide you with stats that enable you to show off your e-weiner to others, why would you want it to be as small as possible?

Then again by carrying the shitters we make them climb the rankings as well, thus giving their e-junks an inflated length, which they will lose when matched with some other poor soul that does not deserve to be dragged down.

But hey, with ~130 days left I am certain that I'll make it to at least Plat V.

Pythag's gives you max CDR and marginally more LS than Bancroft's, at the cost of a shitload of power.

If you're going for a meme cooldown build, you're better off building something like:

Pen boots > Warlock's > Chronos > Obsidian > BoV/Tahuti > Tahuti/BoV

That will give you a lot more survivability, and better damage across the board.

Since your turret never misses, shitloads of pen and no cooldown is better imo. I guess this all depends on the game mode.

my build usually goes
shroud->Boots->sash->book->pendant->chrono's
After book i trade shroud for either urchin or a power item.

If they game lasts long enough I then pen to tahuti and shard to deso.

But really it all depends on the game.

this kind of behaviour will never cease to astound me. These two items used to be completely out of the game in season 2 and for 80% of s3, no one ever built them and that meant they had nothing to be worth an item slot over the other choices available. Then hirez acknowledged that lack of play and actually turned them into solid items that could be capitalized.
What happens ? people go from not buying these items at all to actually buying them. However that's not how shitrez sees it, now that void shield and witchblade became popular they consider that as a sign of unbalance that requires a nerf, instead of a successful result of their previous modifications which INTENTED TO MAKE THESE ITEMS MORE FREQUENT IN PLAYERS BUILDS.

If your team can do all the heavy lifting then it's really not needed as you could trade out for the staff or something else. It's just really fun to fight and get kills with him.
