Other than that, she does have some uses. Her second skill grants a team member 1 turn of invulnerability, and charges their NP bar by ~10%. Her third skill (which doesn't unlock till London or America) is a taunt that makes the enemy attack her next turn, and increases her NP charge rate. This can either be used with her second skill to tank an enemy's single-target NP, or to sacrifice herself for a more-important team member you need alive.

Even Tamamo in an arts team is merely equivalent if not still worse then Waver in the same arts team. Tamamo has a higher single target attack boost but Wavers is aoe and has the defense down on his NP, Tamamo can lower skill cooldowns but Waver has crit damage and can do aoe NP bar increase, Tamamo can heal but Waver has a defense boost, Tamamo can lower enemy NP bar, Waver can do it on the whole enemy team and so on and so forth.

Tamamo can be used to make a broken arts team but Waver can also be used to make a broken arts team so it's kind of a moot point.

Every scenario in which you can get to 100% is scenario in where Banquet loses, and you do around 1/4 more damage thanks to Arts bonus and around 500 more damage from Jewelcraft. Likewise, every scenario in which both Jewelcraft and Banquet don't get you to 100% is one where Jewelcraft outperforms Banquet.

Banquet is better in really small number of cases where it gives you another NP while Jewelcraft doesn't, and that is not enough to compete with constant damage boost provided by Jewelcraft.

Again, you get your NP gauge from getting hit, NPs, skills, Arts cards, Quick/Buster cards, Extra attacks and Arts chains. Increase in NP gauge given by Banquet is very minor and it simply doesn't compare to very noticeable increase in damage Jewelcraft gives you.
