Presumably, but it's tough to know for sure. There's a mix of armor and weapon perks in that image. The microphone rocket is coming, as are Ophidian Apsects and Shinobuu's Gauntlets, Void/Solarlords and the Nadir LMG they showed off in footage. Not him, but I have a m&k adapter too and while I do believe it can be a big advantage, it's not immediately gonna be and advantage over controllers. If you've mostly got experience with using a controller an little to none with m&k, you're probably not gonna do very good. That being said, m&k definitely has a higher skill cieling than a controller.
