Man I severely underestimated Chaos Colo, I was absolutely breezing through the first two difficulties with a rainbow Inthawk slasher team, then went to do my first Chaos (Wapol) and got my shit pushed in so fucking hard.

That's what I get for going in blind. I thought it was just the final bosses of Chaos that were balls to the wall hard and needed preparation, not the prior stages. I was very wrong.

Though I've found some on youtube, some Justin Higaki guy that has Chaos stages 1-4 as its own video for each boss, although it's just the final round so I still need to figure out what and where to stall on before the actual boss so I can burst it down. I'd figure this shit out for myself but it's a lot of stamina to burn to figure out the proper team, especially with so much shit to do with that stamina right now.

Watching these videos and I realise how fucked I am by not having max raid Kuma though, I'll definitely be farming the fuck out of him when he comes next, hopefully during that CoC with Zephyr so I can max him too. I don't intend to be carrying around 100+ raid boss copies AFTER the skillup, I actually want my box space back.

With all the generous TT we've had lately and absolutely swimming in Pigs from fort nights, I've maxed so many units. Though now I'm getting concerned when it comes time to socket them or skill them up its going to cost me an arm and a leg.

What do you all think? Max level for maximum stats or keep them around 70-80 to wait for sockets/skill books to save Beli?

I've got around 20 million Beli and have never needed to farm the stuff but have Giolla if I ever need to. It'll be interesting to see how much I use this coming skill up.

What I normally do is lvl 70-80 until skilled and socketed. My goal is just to not max level before I'm done doing sockets and/or skills if max lvl is 99. I maxed Doublefinger before I finished skilling her, but I regret getting Jozu to 99 with 1 skillup and 0 sockets. Sure, it will be a while before we get sockets for him, but still.

I had this mentality for a long time but sockets for certain characters and skill books could be months away or even longer for things that just came out in Japan. I try not to max important captains like Enel or Blackbeard until I max their specials because I don't want to be that shitter that is max level with 0 skillups that my friends list is seemingly full of.

Bit torn on Ray sockets, I know Inthawk benefits from CDR but for Ray I'm not sure if Orb is more important, I generally rate Orbs pretty damn low because it's RNG compared to the immediate benefits of things like auto heal or CDR.

Tomes can drop besides Heracles'n secret stage, I got two just by clearing the stages. Also again, we get a SHITTON from Chaos colosseum, and also a lot of future events. There is no point in stashing up like 200 tomes for a legend you might never pull.

Here's a neat trick I just learned- when you get a meat snail, the stamina does not refill until the moment you click "ok". At this screen here as you see, I still have yet to get my sta filled, yet the clock is still counting down for sta regen. If you get an unexpected meat, just do not click "go" and do what you have to do before it fills. This way you may be able to squeeze an extra sta or two while you prepare yourself.

As long as you have double Enel you are fine. She does 3.1k before light attack buff, so if your recovery matches that you're fine. You'll stall a long time. Perona took me about 10 turns if I didn't try to save good orbs and junk.
Make sure to save GPU for Urogue just in case you get him under 33% turn one though. Don't worry about current hp, if you get touched you about re dead anyway.

I wouldn't go that far. He's pretty good. As a captain he's very strong with a 2.75 attack for ALL units, but with a 10% hp penalty every turn like NM luffy, and his special is similar to SW Luffy, offering a 1.75 boost for most of your HP. So much of a 'berserker' unit

If you'd like to do a double 2.5xcap, I'd recomend replacing one of the TNamis for Whitey Bay, since double TNami special doesn't do much good. with that, you could replace Perona for GPU if the enemy has no immunity.
The worst part about this team really is that there are no INT beatsticks or high attackers. Instead of Whitey Bay you could just replace one Cap with Rayray, at least he breaks over more than just 1k attack. Breed could also work over Choo, and just shuffle your orbs right from Doffy's special.

A difference of 10% damage reduction, enemy defense drop of 80%, and 1k poison damage (bypass resilience) at the cost of a heal that will be ~1k HP maximum. The cd difference is 2 turns when maxed in favor of DEX, 0 turns at base. Finally the stat difference, about 100 for both hp and attack, is negligible for a character who doesn't break 1k attack.
