LMB - now only deals 50% bonus damage for headshots
RMB - unchanged
Shift - combat roll replaced with Deadeye. Mccree locks himself in place, homing in on a single target. Works the same as Deadeye except you pick the target you want to "duel" and can't change it, and it charges the damage a little slower. 12s cooldown.
E - unchanged
Q - Deadeye replaced with Call Horse. Mccree whistles and after a second he hops onto his trusty horse which just so happens to be running past. >Stay near teammates and cover
>come out of cover and pop bubble
>do the same for any teammates coming out of cover or in trouble
>don't be overly aggressive because your team need you and can't afford you dying stupidly
>in the middle of a brawl be sure to pop bubbles as much as you can to protect teammates

I use Zarya's bulk and shields as a mini Reinhardt if teammates are in trouble, yesterday our Lucio got caught in a Mei ult, I bailed over to him and just as she was about to dome him, I popped a bubble on him, then popped my own bubble and jumped in front of him so she'd hit me instead
shielding hooked or pinned teammates is also great too, sometimes I bait Reinhardt into pinning me just as I pop my bubble. 50 energy, no HP lost and they are down their Reinhardt

Honestly her best aspect is the fact she supports the team so much, protects but also stalls the other team with tankiness and DPS

hanzo's arrows need to deal ~75 less damage than they currently do at full charge (make them deal a bit more at lower levels of charge to compensate/encourage a more dynamic playstyle)

scatter also needs to deal more damage as the fragments bounce around, and let them bounce more; that way it becomes a more valuable tool for denying corridors and nooks, and less of a aim-at-their-feet 400dmg nuke

mei needs 50 less hp, and her self-heal needs to be nerfed. it's too effective.

pharah's concussion bomb CD should be halved, but it should have less effect on enemies; that way she can use it more often to maneuver, instead of cheap enviro kills. she should also get either 75 armor or 100 shield
