I'm too lazy to list all of mine, but here're the main ones:

1. High Fantasy/Futuristic dystopia/Combat oriented characters and settings.
E.g. All kinds of fantasy roles/professions such as warriors and princesses + fantasy races such as elves and orcs; high-tech agents/monsters + soldiers/martial artists
I find these generally more interesting than the characters being just regular people with mundane jobs/roles.

2. Corruption/Moral degeneration.
E.g. Making or watching a woman (or a trap, no homo) fall into maximum lewdness and depravity. Or alternatively being a character getting corrupted.
Elves are great for this since they're often portayed as arrogant and prudish.

3. Sexual conquest.
E.g. Being a general invading in a war/or a fighter defeating strong female combatants and taking them as captives or subordinates but either later developing a consensual relationship with one (or max two) of them or just making them sex slaves.
Ideally the game/VN allows the player to decide on this.

I'd say the games/VNs that better fit my fetishes are Sengoku Rance, Rhode's Fortess, Himekishi Angelica and Taimanin Murasaki.
