Which addons are considered essential?

I levelled as an enhancement shaman from 100 to 110, and my Doomhammer is still level 750. I don't know if I have bad luck or not, but I haven't gotten one fire or iron relic this whole time.

Class defining abilities literally got prunned and moved into the pvp talent tree, like shaman's iconic earth shield, no longer available in pve, pvp only.

There's a fucking lvl 100 trial faggot, you don't need to ask random if they like one spec more than the other, obviously opinions re biased toward shit people are playing, try them out yourself in the trial and make up your own mind. Only thing missing is the artifact and the pvp talents, but you can read them up and figure out how it plays.

Both shaman and pally are solid choices for healing, as always holy tends towards main tank, and shaman is equipped with a wide array of tools that can overcome almost any situation, but paladin still has an edge on single target healing that's it (also they require you to be closer yo your tank because of mastery if you don't want to be a scrub)

For 3v3 arena I'd take a holy paladin over shaman, they're stupid strong there, problem is there's like a million too, so not like there's a shortage of the spec, harder to get a raid spot etc.

Yes, all you get is one extra skill from your artifact, most specs use like 2-4 skills on a lowish cooldown 5-20 seconds, and then another 3 or 4 bigger cooldowns and the artifact. Honestly hitting 110 is kind of underwhelming, you don't really learn anything new and level scaling can fuck you up a bit.

Devs realized they had been adding new skills every expansion and decided to put an end to hotkeying or macroiing 20+ skills. PvP is the only content where you actually have a bit more abilities through pvp talents.

I don't know how long you been away, but gearing up is rather fast, like fucking world quests shit gear like candy, and crafting is actually a good source of gear if you're decent at making money, don't try to impress anyone with your fresh 110 no one will care if you're a vet or whatever, farm your heroics, world quests and pug some mythics if needed.

Both resto druid and resto shaman are somewhat in demand I'd say, but obviously it depends on the server. Holy paladin is somewhat fun with the new mastery, and mistweaver has the most amount of skills and a buttload of mobility. I'd also consider the other specs each class has tho, leveling as a healer spec is ass unless you're disc.
