Best places in theory for claymores? Obviously the objective room once you take it or side doors to said objective room so you only have to worry about 1 direction.

What I think would be nice is if Tachanka's turret was remote controlled along with having it being mountable. There could be a camera on the top of it that all players can look through but only he can use to shoot, and when the camera is destroyed it can only be used manually. So since we have two new recoil affecting attachments that so far seems pretty strong I decided to test recoil and accuracy differences between each barrel attachment while tap firing (excluding suppressor) on the C8-SFW and R4-C. These two rifles specifically because they both have both of the new attachments and because they're complete opposites in terms of recoil.

It pretty much just confirms what everyone is already saying, the Muzzle Brake outdoes the Flash Hider for tap firing as intended but even on the first 5 shots of a spray the Muzzle Brake has little to no difference from the Flash Hider in muzzle rise. So the Muzzle Brake is not only better at tap firing but also at burst firing, which was originally the Flash Hider's niche.

Its not the most difficult thing in the world to fix. Just either have the muzzle brake slightly increase the general recoil on the gun after it absorbs the first shot's recoil or have the flash hider reduce recoil better. Plus flash hider still has the benefit of, you know, hiding the flash.

It was buggy,
It was riddled with hackers and false positives,
It had balance issues,
It had a shit loadout system,
It had too few maps,
Pubs were retarded...

But, ultimately, it was a fun game. Abilities were useful but not overpowered. Guns shot where you pointed at. Headshot and tracking were required, and that's a good thing. Some map knowledge and movement practice helped the game feel more alive with going into assisted QTE promps. The mercs were all distinct, and if not likable, at least well designed enough. The voice menu was great, and that's a thing you don't see often anymore.

It was fun with friends.

But SD took the entire dev team off it a couple of months after the open beta started and put them on a GoW spinoff game or something.

The game NEEDED update to keep going. It could have been so much more- despite giving in to the whiners at time, balance patches did not go full retard for the most part: fixing blatant gun imbalance between what should have been sidegrades, attempting to make everyone relevant with varying success...

But the skeleton crew left over decided to implement a cs-lite mode instead of mercs and maps.

So it just died slowly because it's mostly the same game it was a year ago, ie something that needs fixing to work properly.

It's still buggy and plagued with shit pubs, a shit UI, a shit anti-cheat, and a shit loadout system.

It's still merely functional instead of the greatness it could have been.

In a one-shot-headshot game, fire rate will always be king. Not high damage slow guns.

Semi-auto rifles are for fun, but if you want to crunch numbers, the rifles you can go full auto with at higher rates of fire will be more optimal, always.

TL;DR Use whatever you feel like, both are fine, but guns with high RoF will win in equal conditions.
