I've watched barely any of the videos but here's my theory, let's see how wrong I am:

Inside each person's palace, the world changes to reflect their heart. So why does Igor say that reality and fantasy in the world of P5 is blending together? Because the world itself (or at the very least, Tokyo) is someone's palace. Everyone in P5 is trapped inside a kind of mega palace that belongs to either a human whose persona/shadow form is Yaltabaoth, or is the actual god Yaltabaoth.

The true ending of the game goes full gnosticism and the party has to EMANCIPATE(tm) themselves from this false god's world by obtaining knowledge of the true reality. Gameplay wise, possibly this knowledge will be obtained by communicating and gaining knowledge from the combined life experiences of MC's social links, and MC's final persona could be Lucifer, who granted knowledge to man. The line "might be in someone's dream again" hints that the ending where the party piles into the van and goes to the ocean is the neutral ending, where the party defeats some major threat, but thinks the battle is over and that they were inside someone's dream somehow. They fail to recognize that they are still trapped.

Why is everyone so salty about the plot? We knew there would be a traitor. We knew there would be a god embodiment. That's not just Persona, that's SMT in general. There's always that one party member or ally who's obviously going to join Law/Chaos, the final boss is always some god or demon trying to impose their will on the world, why is this surprising? Or disappointing?

Is it even going to be worth the time? I'm being serious here. We all know that Justice personas quickly become useless when the Judgment personas come rolling in. What other power-ups could he possibly have that aren't already covered by the other co-ops? Hell Yuki and Hifumi have some of the best options.
