What do I socket my Mihawk with? I'm only just hitting a level where I started doing raids and I think I have everything down except which sockets are best on which characters. I know there's some mostly useless sockets like the map damage one but does it particularly matter which ones you have on certain raidbosses as long as they're not the retarded ones?

Oars seems great on paper but his cool down is just too long for most places where you'll be using Blackbeards special and I struggle to find a place on a team for him with the existence of Monster Chopper, Hack, Kid and the delayer you need in most circumstances like GPU or a full heal like PSY Marco in Doffy raid.

I was so excited when I pulled Oars Jr, and even max levelled him but haven't used him outside of a beat stick against DEX turtle time, if I didn't have Hack then I would probably use him, but I can't get past the 20% HP cut.

He can do the Boa and Sabo raids quite easily with F2P subs, which is quite handy because they're tough raids for a lot of teams so having someone who can do them mindlessly is nice.

But generally speaking you're better off using a Delinger/Lucci pair which you can do via a friend Lucci so he's kind of a wasted legend pull overall. He doesn't get used for very much.

Well I don't know what to tell you. The rate is around 10%, so you either didn't run it that much or had really bad luck.

Bamco might give us the fat Usopp raid this month, which will be even better since you can also get sockets. They do seem to be putting just about everything you could possibly need for Z right before him.

Iceberg and Tom are maxed, I yolofed Enel copies to try and get his cooldown max before princess turtles and got my last four skill ups with only 12 copies. If you want my guess, which is no better or worse than any other random person on the internet's, I'd say that when Toei made a deal with Funimation to distribute the films internationally, they agreed that Funi would have exclusive rights to market those films in those territories.

As for what changed, I'd assume that that clause was renegotiated when Funimation picked up Film Gold to allow for stuff like this to happen. Either that or Bamco is working with Funimation now to do cross-promotional stuff.

You're not supposed to be able to scratch them. They're designed to be dealt with via fixed damage.

What people do is run double Duval with Kuro's boat for cooldown reduction.

Kill the first round with regular attacks while stalling for Tilestone or Squard's special. Kill the second and third rounds with Inuppe and General Zombie. Kill the fourth round with Enel. Kill the Princess with Tilestone or Squard.

If you run into a secret princess stage you use Tilestone or Squard on it and use Enel on stage 5 instead of on stage 4.

You can use DJ Sanji or Vista instead of General Zombie. The zombie just has a faster animation is all.

Just take GPU to delay the miniboss stage with the berserked units because you don't want to risk them doing their STR lock
