That's a big part of why her character annoys me, it's so inconsistent. Her personally and actions hasn't changed but sometimes she's painted as some kind of tragic hero trying to do the right thing for her people.

Like she's not Illidan, she's not an extremist working for the greater good. She has a similar "at any cost" mentality but her goals are usually very selfish and she could easily use much less extreme and more practical methods.

So far I've had no real issues tanking, I've been reading all the guides and what I should and should not do during boss fights. But I'm looking for a bit more.

I was told I should setup Auras so I know when certain friendly spells are cast on me, but I'm not exactly sure how they should appear once its set.

Is Warrior a good choice for:

Learning to tank dungeons as I level
Doing 5 man content at max level

Well you see, healers and tanks are a fairly limited role in terms of numbers required to clear content. Usually around 40% of any given group will be non-DPS roles, so someone needs to fill in the rest. Damage roles are also typically more engaging to play because their role is always demanding they push harder and harder, whereas tanks and healers can slow their role as they get more gear, to the point where some even switch to damage roles later on down the line as they are less necessary.

Basically, tanks and healers are just a means to an end, and damage dealing is where the gameplay is actually at.

Normal groups will not be pug for weeks, so if you wanna start right away you gotta find a guild, if not to join them at least to be willing to take you as a raider. They will inform you whether you need top enchants, potion at every try, flask every hour, your own buff etc

Pugs will only really pick up after LFR opens up as well. In LFR you won't have to worry about anything due to neutered mechanics and lowered stats. Hit the ilvl requirements and don't stand in the fucking fire.

After that point pugs will jsut ask for achievement from LFR and maybe ilvl. Nobody will inspect you to see if you have enchanted gear and usually someone will set up a food feast (and now possibly a flask cauldron)
