Rune page 3 is pretty much all you need to do stuff in low elo on any champ, but consider running scaling mr or cdr on jungle champs.
Set up your masteries every game you play rather than having masteries for a specific role because the needs of one champ differ for another champ in the same role.
Stop playing support, your win rates suggest you're doing something very wrong despite your kda's being fine. Keep playing, you dont have many games on adc/jungle so it's hard to judge what's working in those roles.

Its not that I'm bad at farming or last hitting. Its just that early game immediately ends as soon as I finish my first item(visage). After that, its just constant small skirmishes in mid till someone wins.
