As I said, they do improve the graphical side of things (and I mean in a wide sense, so including animations and UI) but the core gameplay mechanics either remains the same or degrades like in HS.

Guys, the clown nose is amazing. You can make fangs and straight horns with them, and many more. Here's a setting for fang, first choose the nose in type-face, then position-mouth, then input this. For another side just invert "position x" for movement.
