Do you mean in Japan specifically? They do their initial at-school training while still a student(same as the US). After that, they're hired as a teacher. In public schools, at least, they still have to pass an examination to become a full-fledged teacher(教師 I'm having a hard time remembering what the other title is but it's something like teacher/instructor rather than trainee, etc.), but it's a distinction more for pay and responsibilities and isn't something that's advertised to the students. I've always enjoyed the series and its spin-offs, but Lilith has been making more and more cash grab attempts lately and their works seem to be suffering a bit. They did a lot of work on Asage 3, but that was there last big bang. Yukikaze 2 was a bit of a let down for me, just as an example.

Hoping we see a turn around with Kangoku Senkan 2, even though that's a different series. Not gonna hold my breath, though.

Images have text inside of them. Like, when you take a picture with your camera, that data will read the original resolution, camera model and date. Illusion games use this textspace to list the parameters of the character. If you want to bully, you can easily make a card where the image looks NOTHING like the actual character contained within.

Notice that 4chan strips this text data from .jpg files for some reason. I don't know what format Illusion uses these days, but if it's .jpg then it won't work through 4chan.
