Kinda yes. The last time this refreshed, these were the ones opened and closed, some of the smaller ones might be open now depending on when the last ping was, but they also might not. Some like Gilg/Balmung are forever closed, so if you want on just pick a server and pony up 18 bucks on the mog station

Something about the tank role does something to everyone, or at least nearly everyone. So whether you're adequate, good, or a shitter, the "tank effect" will make your behavior shittier than it was before. So an adequate tank will be passive-aggressive about pulls when really the DPS are usually just trying to help. While a shitter tank will pretend it's his world and you just live in it (not dealing with proper enmity, waiting for his cooldowns, demanding DPS not DPS because they suck at enmity or the healer not DPS because they dropped below 90% health).

As a Dragoon main Im sorry you had shitty experiences with Dragoons.
