Herald of Thunder is gooooood for Arc. I ran that and Wrath for even more damage but I've dropped Wrath since taking MoM. I have regular Stormcall for Single Target, I just switch out Arc for that if I'm having too much trouble, damage is great but the problem is if you miss the strikes then you lose out on major DPS. There's like no good single-target Lightning spells.

Turns out firebl isn't that great. It suffered from the same problem that KB has. It's great in packs but it can't do bosses or rares for shit. My single target, firestorm, isn't that great either. It's also clunky because you have to be far away from the pack to benefit from rolling flames. Fighting mobs which run up to you is super tedius.

In the helm i have animated guardian with the shield that grants frenzy charges on hit to allies and the apply random curse plus chance of shocking ground helmet

The other really good , that actually can solo bosses animated guardian, build is snake bite +oros+infernal mantle+ helm that increaese fire damage dont remember the name+ boots that gives burning chance. But having free frenzy charges is better
