Unzip all files. I believe you have the same dump as me, if so there should be a vpk installer. Install that, then transfer the rest of the files you unzipped to the games folder.

In case you didn't get a vpk installer you can make one by zipping eboot.bin and sce_sys folder and renaming it to vpk.
