The vita is not nearly as bad as people made it out to be, played all 3 version. The game is tiny at only 1.7 gigs on the vita, and runes solidly at 30fps. The models look good but the camera is zoomed out soo much you can't really see the details. I wish there was and action/fps cam mode.

Dungeons Travelers 2 has no connection to the previous game.

Trials of Cold Steel has only a tangential connection to previous games. The setting is the same, but events are far enough apart that you'll get 95% of what's going on in your first playthrough.

God Eater is sort of like a faster paced monster hunter but not really.

Danganronpa isn't worth the price if you've spoiled at all on what happens.

DT2 is a self-contained spin-off from an eroge. It's the best crawler on the Vita as well, and it'll last you an insane amount of hours if you enjoy the genre.

God Eater is fantastic but it does things differently than other hunting games. It's more fast-paced and risky later on, and the farming isn't as intense since you can craft things. However, it's probably the only hunting game out there where the solo part of the game is better than the multiplayer.

It's getting more games than any other console platform if you know Japanese. And it's had a good run, it was too ahead of it's time. Better that that having to deal with a 240p screen I guess. Vita was worth owning all these years. Feel sorry for eop though. They only got half the games and future localization died with piracy.

Also PS plus Japan was amazing for the vita. Every good falcom game, tons of psp games, 2 ateliers, Disgaea 3 and 4. Yoru nai no kuni, DT2, fuck it was worth it almost every month.

I thought it was a fine way to play the game. Once you know a bosses patterns and you know where to hit them you really don't need any support. Even fighting multiple bosses isn't that bad because the AI is a sufficient distraction in most cases.

Hit it 'till it dies is the genre, all of them get repetitive after a while. You can change up classes builds to keep it fresh but in the end of course it's going to get old.

Well, prior to E&L I never really steamroll everything since I'm always in the mindset to make as much time left as possible, possibly to clear everything in the minimum number of playthrough so I always run with the bare minimum of gears. I only start min maxing once I hit post game.

In the case of Shallie+, I just make the best stuff I can make in first playthrough, then on second playthrough with additional difficulty unlocked I tried to run as far as I can without making anything new (and turns out I didn't need to make anything new.)
