Nep's awokens are extremely good for dark teams that can't run Escha already since they are often OE crippled. Her active skill is not amazing, but it's still very underrated as a burst. On the first turn after changing it clocks in at nearly 2x if you are matching 3's and >2.5x if you are doing bicolor board + rows. The downside is that for final bursts only she's competing with something RGB doesn't have to worry about - Akechi.
A.Okuni is really jaw droppingly better.
A. Loki's is also better for true 2 round burst cases.

On the other hand Osiris/Nut's actives are decent at best now even for 4 turns. The versions with haste are far better for orb hungry teams. They only really shine when orb spawn or single color change would fuck you over.
Goetia and Ass Nova have a much better deal going on since orb spawn is priced higher to begin with.

On face value Set's active is good and well priced, but heart breaks are still the worst single change for mono teams. Different color or +jammer/poison convert when.

Hathor's was decent back then, but now even tank teams don't bother with multiple gravities a dungeon. Burst skills are also several times higher now, so gravity + burst is rarely needed. It's a tool to beat weak resolves at best. It needs a massive upgrade.

The match bonus is low enough that you always do more with prongs on Oku if your team is average 2+ prong subs. For mixed teams the match bonus has to be priority one.
Shotabros on the other hand got fucked with a rake. Extra matches are always better, prongs don't help your beyond shit rainbow multiplier, and are overkill with 3 matches. The only spot they really help is 8 orbs. I'd much rather have 2 TEs instead.

The failed localization it had really turned opinions on it but the game is genuinely fun and has a good amount of strategy to it like PAD does.

Also it's easy to talk with in conversations kind of like Pokemon Go. You can just walk around and play it pretty casually with others or do it while out at a cafe or something. Yeah my worry is that Plum won't change my team much with just one of her, but having multiple plums would since you would be getting a haste system making the 144x (compared to 36x) more consistent. Luckily 36x with dark rows still does a lot of damage to kill most floors, and her 144x without rows also kills most floors.

One thing I really really like about Gremory though compared to the other crosshearts I've played (Ronove/Myr) is that her scaling is fucking ridiculous. I can almost always hit the damage threshold I want without worrying about problems and she absolutely destroys Parvati/Sopdet.

Right now, I'm using Ronove for Arena, but I can see Gremory being easier to farm with once I finish the team. Are there any specific bosses in arena 1 that Gremory has a bit of trouble with? With Ronove, the only boss that I dislike is Hinokagatsuchi.

I only popped Terryman on the last floor. You can forgo using any actives altogether if you get good boards.

The 10% threshold is pretty lax. As long as you can sweep every floor and not move at a snail's pace, you should be fine.

Specific subs to be optimal, you can use farmable bosses and stuff like fruit dragons and Angelion.

According to Game8 you can make a 100% farmable Myr team with: Verche, Elia, Angelion, Lemon Dragon. Sure REM subs are optimal but you still can kill the same dungeons just with more cross stalling.

And with Multiplayer as it is it's easy to find someone online who can carry you through it.
