Quick rundown of what I've learned about Hibiki so far aside from the fact that I really want to call him HBK/Shawn Michaels for obvious reasons

>Movement options are great. He's probably in the top 3 most mobile characters, depending on what you consider "mobility".
>His damage output is very solid, and it becomes great with OD
>Pressure game is really strong. He's probably very hard to defend against if you don't have a DP or are very good at blocking for long periods of time
>Mix-up is solid and landing any of his overheads leads to at least 2.5k damage, regardless of position.
>Range is a short, needs to be very close to land his normals
>Specials can be awkward to space properly, some of them have a minimum distance requirement to land
>Distortion Drives don't deal an awful lot of damage, don't seem too useful aside from scoring a kill or using them raw
>DP isn't all that great

In terms of difficulty, I'd put him at about 5/10. He's nowhere as hard to use as Valkenhayn, but because of how many buttons you have to press and how quickly you have to do it, he's a lot harder than, say, Ragna or Kagura are.

Yeah, she's one of the worst characters in central fiction. meanwhile her buddies are b at best and c at worse, her blue haired friend is looking to be around as bad as Noel,too from waht I've seen, her fury attack pushes her away from her opponent, her distortion drives are easily dodged even at close range and she has no reversals at all, get her in a combo and if she has no burst, she's a goner.

Now don't get me wrong, she's still gonna be a pain in the ass to fight but she'll really have to work for her wins, probably harder than Bullet worked for hers back in Chronphantasma.
