Gold kills, damage, high accuracy, putting down biotic fields for fights or teammates
However there's one of his main jobs that I just for some reason cannot get a hold of
How the fuck do I get better at shooting pharah's out of the sky? For some reason they just always escape or their buddies always fuck me while I'm trying to focus her
Her and genji are just two heroes I can't shoot at to save my life. Tracers are no problem but these two just avoid everything I throw at them.

Another way to go about it is diving the backline HARD and killing the supports

Like say you pick Winston, Genji and Tracer

then those 3 go in at the same time on the supports. You also need a Zarya so she can use her shield to protect whoever of those 3 that gets hooked. Roadhog is the main protection for the supports in the NiP comp, if he can't eliminate the flankers the supports are vulnerable

I make no claims to being a pro, but I speak from learning from my own mistakes.

1. Think of yourself like a mosquito. You're not a frontline slugger, you're a harasser. Flank, go after stragglers, avoid approaching anyone head on if you can. Use Blink to your advantage to avoid being swatted. Use it only when it can get you in a more advantageous position; you never want to run out and not be able to Blink.

2. Don't forget about Recall; be on the alert for ambushes or anything else going wrong. You've only got a 3 second window to make the most of it, so commit to memory and be quick on the draw should you ever find yourself in hot water.

3. Target your ultimate at clusters of the enemy if you can manage it, then haul ass away. You do not want to get caught up in that.

In general, Tracer has a lot of options for maneuverability, and you'd do well to use them to your advantage.

Now, I'm sure Blizzard will add clans and player-finders, eventually. But those are features that should have been present a launch.
