Okay, I really like Ultra Noire because she's cute and sexy, but she's also fucking retarded.

And I don't appreciate having to kill "Created Soldiers". I don't appreciate the implications of finding these "monsters" in a factory.

Also, I kinda prefer how Rebirth 3 handles the discs, compared to VII.

In Rebirth 3, only burned discs are displayed in the equipement screen. In VII, discs that are equipped on another neps are still displayed, and there's no way to unequip them, so you have to go manually on each nep to unequip the discs.
And I still don't know how efficient "damage reduction" actually is.

depends on how many overlords you go through.

Normally you get 6.
If you do a certain thing you get 2 more after the first 6 die.
After the 8th overlord dying you get a choice, one revives an overlord but if you fail you get a game over. The other awakens the 9th overlord.
If the 9th overlord dies and you met the requirements, you get the10th playable character (and if they die it's game over), otherwise it's game over.

Length, depends on how many overlords die

Yeah stop worrying about it. If you don't abuse the game's broken features, you might lose on your first playthrough, but you retain 10% total collected XP for your NG+, so you'll beat Trillion eventually.

If you're impatient though and want to defeat Trillion badly, you can ask here again or simply google it, but I really recommend you don't use a particular broken skill because it makes subsequent playthroughs a slog.

I think they were trying to experiment with different mechanics to see what works. Turn order management is an amazing idea. The meter on the right fills up when you do anything like moving, attacking, and using items. The further you fill up the meter, the longer your wait time is, and turn order is updated in real time. That means it's possible to get consecutive turns, which is critical in boss fights.
