Every single character I've 2nd Awakened on since the change has gotten at least 1 Black Dragon Energy per opponent even without using a Treasure Hunter Potion. You're guaranteed at least 5 (4 from each opponent and 1 from the end card) Black Dragon Energies per tournament so the only way its literally possible to get less than 30 before exhausting the daily 10 run limit is if you don't finish runs. I don't know about Skirmisher but I had no trouble with it on my Vanguard using a Rental Weapon + the Event Growing Gear so if you really couldn't finish then I guess you're just a shitter.

I took 29 levels out of double punto and 16 levels out of rolling vulcan to max out Quad Drive.

Literally every skill is max except Chain Wave (1), Double Punto (6).

besides Rolling Vulcan being 0, every mandatory skill is sitll 1, and everything else is literally maxxed. Fuck your rolling vulcan. I could put one point into it and have double punto be at level 2 but why even take the skill at that point.

A word of warning for any Vanguard's going for the Gracia set. If you were planning on getting the 85 Hali weapon, I would advise against it, as it's doing Shadow damage, and that can seriously tank your Noire Ferra output. I would recommend a boss weapon or, if you can find one for a decent price in the AH, a Shadow Spear, since that's doing light damage with very comparable stats.

You put in 15 supplies in the bag in town and get a rewards for it each day. But then it's that you get the rewards one after another. Do you just keep adding until you get all the rewards, or is each of the daily rewards gated by day?

They inflict whatever element you have the most damage for, they increase Skill Damage by 35%, and they have an active ability to increase Skill Damage by another 25%.

Skill Damage is currently the strongest modifier in the game. It stacks infinitely and multiplicatively, it doesn't conflict with Smash, and it doesn't devalue Elenore.

They can drop for you randomly (can be any weapon, you can get staff on a Ranger, for instance), or you can collect 20 Anton Souls and buy one outright.

Anton Souls are at a premium, are incredibly time-consuming to get, and are used for multiple things, including upgrading the other Anton Epic items you can get (accessories, subequip and magic stone). The options on the upgraded Anton Epics are insane (stuff like +70 Elemental Damage or a 25% Elenore), so ideally you want your weapon to drop, you don't want to buy it.

The odds aren't terrible, so long as the weapon actually drops. Salvation weapons are strong enough that, barring a really strong mastery, you'll probably still end up using it even if it's, for instance, a Spear on an Elementalist.
