Invested completely in magicka, bound aegis, inner light, breton passive, light armor passives, full magicka glyphs and food and I get 42k magicka and 18k hp. I'd get more magicka if I my set had more magicka bonuses but it is a spell damage/crit set (julianos)

I just don't have any magicka recovery glyphs. I use dark exchange for quick magicka, it is also a heal so I keep it in my backbar switch to it when I drop below 15k magicka cast it twice and get back to murderin.

You're not shit but more than that can't be said. It obviously also depends on what people consider to be good dps and not, as far as I know there's no standard within the community. I've heard a respectable number is 20k but I dunno how much truth there is to that, I'd figure it's closer to 15k.

People like Alcast upload videos doing ~60k dps, and that sort of skews a lot of peoples perception of what is good dps. 15-20k isn't "good". But it's enough for pretty much most of the games content. If you'd ask me, I'd say that 15-25k on a single target is decent, 25-30k is good and anything above 30k is very good.

To be completely honest, I don't know. It may be a good thing in a way, simply because I remember how it was/is in WoW. And because if you're doing pug runs, it doesn't really matter. And if you're doing serious runs as a part of a guild raid team, going for speedruns, etc... it also doesn't really matter, because you know what everybody can do, and you can be sure that they will still post their dps in chat and won't be shy about it.

If anything, it may encourage newer, inexperienced players to do trials, because they know they won't be ridiculed for doing sub par dps.

Then again, if you're struggling with a trial, you know exactly who to replace, if you can see everybody's stats.

2 Hander is probably the best self contained skill set in the game. About the only thing it doesn't do well is AoE. Unless you have something specific in mind then you should always make at least one of your bars a 2 hander. Especially if you PvP.

Oh and if you PvP (and arguably even if you PvE) you should always run Shuffle. Always.

It's seriously good. As a Magicka player primarily, I'm seriously jealous of how good 2 handers are as a skill set.

Also where the fuck are the melee Magicka weapon? Even if they just added something that let your light/heavy attacks scale with magic and let your weapon do full elemental damage I'd be cool with that. And no Pelinal's Aptitude is not what I'm asking for. I want something that makes melee weapons do magic damage of some type.

Everyone is running 1h/s anyway, it doing 2h burst damage in pts at the moment, while also being massively defensive like it's always been. So you know all them 1h/s dk and templars that have been unkillable for last several patches well now they can do 15k+ pvp damage light attack > puncture > bash cancels when everything procs.

Also sets are so OP that alcast is already calling that if they are not changed by live, tbs + vo won't even be meta any more for trials/dungeons. Like there 5pc + 1pc monster set that gives you over 6k+ physical penetration, never mind sharpened weapons and major/minor fracture debuff.

Mostly medium but there a few heavy armour builds to do, black rose is definitely the best heavy pvp set. Normally run clever alchemise for burst stam sorc but if I need to 1vX I'll slap on black rose. For example me and this guy were 2vX inside a outer walls of keep while defending, I wouldn't of been able to keep up the push without the resources, like you finish off 4 guys and then you just got to keep pushing and applying the pressure by moving on to the next group of people.

Biggest problem or best way to maximise damage in PvE is physical pen with trial bosses having standard 18k resistance with the new 5pc + 2pc and a tank running major fracture and someone doing minor fracture means a dd will get through 15115 of that 18k, now I'm not sure but if sharpened dual wield stacks that would 20395 phy pen.

And IC districts change control a dozen times an hour.

There is a delve in coldharbour inhabited by hedonistic daedra and there is a daedra trying to fuck spoodles or whatever his name is that servant guy of the breton lady. Yes, you should take it slow and make sure you kill all ads that spawns as you damage the boss until she is at around 30-25%. Once she reached it and you've made sure there's no adds around you can proceed to nuke her down. before she destroys the last platform.

Don't worry, the 5th is the most autistic the arena gets. The archer spawns are fucking stupid. So I noticed something very strange. I alt-tabbed at death recap screen and my PC was suddenly sluggish. Like, I would move the cursor over a button and it would highlight it a second or two later, not instantly. Same for pressing it, everything. Tabbed back in the game and it was smooth 60, no issues there. Still at death recap screen tabbed back, PC was sluggish again. Checked my temps, and GPU was at 76 C, which is pretty abnormal. I though maybe it's time to clear the dust or whatever, but after I tabbed back in to the game, respawned, tabbed out once again, PC was running smooth. Temp jump back down to 51 C within the minute.

So I got myself killed, and alt-tabbed again at death recap. Pc got sluggish again, GPU temp jumped up to 70s.

I've heard that in One Tamriel the resources of the zone will scale to your craft skill level like Wrothgar, Goldcoast etcl. Is that true? Real talk now, if it is true then what's the point of different matrials at all? Why not just have one type of ore, cotton and leather? The appearance of whatever you craft will ultimately be controlled by your skill level (preferably with the ability to 'down scale' the appearance). Max level crafting material will become pretty damn common come One Tamriel so why not let lower level players contribute?

Flooding the market could be an issue but as I said there will be a metric fuckton of max level ore, cotton and leather anyways. it also cuts out the annoying need for the intermediate Vet rank materials as there's now fuck all of them due to the fact that people only really have to hit level 50 now if they're a high CP level.

The issue with randomising is it'd get annoying and leaving ores in their respective zones (like iron ore in Glenumbra still for example, assuming that's what you meant) is that it arguably takes away from the whole concept of One Tamriel anyway. Haven't played the Imperial City DLC yet, I'm playing through the first time with ESO Plus. Do the events of the Imperial City DLC take place chronologically before or after the final personal story mission where you defeat Molag Bal? I'd assume after because it's DLC released after launch, but it seems to involve the Planemeld, so I'm not sure. I want to know if I should do IC before or after Coldharbour. I'm almost through with Bangkorai.

They're not killable, but you do "defeat" him by banishing him from Mundus and Oblivion both and into the void, albeit only temporarily, he tells you that he will eventually return, in time, and will regain his lost strength. Defeating him does definitely end the Planemeld, however. At least, it does from a story perspective. Like I've been getting random lag spikes, especially in trials. I thought maybe it is my internet or computer then I started getting them in regular mostly empty zones so that got me thinking and I played bunch of other games for a while. My connection was normal then I returned to ESO and bam lag spikes, disconnections.

Guys are crafting sets as viable as traul sets? I have seducer and histbark 150 set and i like the fact i can heal and tank but am i gimping myself for not using trail drops? Will a crafted 160 set be as viable as trail drops? Im running normals as a healer in full heavy with no problem id like to stick with crafted gear for muh aesthetics.

crafted sets are just as viable, and often you'll use a combination of both. for example, some of the best stamina builds for trials use 5 piece twice-born star, which is a crafted set, and 5 piece vicious serpent, which is a trial drop. of course it depends entirely on your build.

Okay this is a conspiracy theory but hear me out because I think it makes sense. Loremasters are using their pawn Wrobel a.k.a. Eric "Mages will starve in cages" Wrobel (a simpleton brute) to enforce their master plan. Loremasters are annoyed by the amount of people going around casting spells because it is not lore friendly so they are using Wrobel to benefit stamina builds so more people will choose the warrior path instead of the path of arcane arts therefore having less casters around and making the game more lore friendly. They will let the players invest in their new stamina builds for some time and then bam there will be a magicka update benefiting magicka but the perception of stamina out performing magicka builds will be set by then so amount of people who'll return to their original magicka builds will be minimal. When it is all said and done Wrobel will be just a forgotten tyrant, replaced by a less awkward but more quiet lead combat designer a real John Smith who will stay under radar obediently doing the bidding of the loremasters.

Caster genocide of 2016 is a ruse people, this is the length loremasters are willing to go to make the game lore friendly.

Seriously what the fuck is the problem with the EU servers that have made it unplayable to play on it. I don't know how many fucking times I've died because for some fucking reason I either speed up or slow down randomly I mean holy fuck I ragequited because I had to evade the last boss in Maelstorm for a good 30 secounds because I couldn't attack or use any abilities while the Daedroth is chasing me around, the boss keeps spamming their over the head attack and slow walker keep chaneling in the middle because I can't do fucking anything.

Jesus fucking Christ what kind of fucking clownhouse have they played the EU servers at. It started some days ago and have only gotten worse. What the fuck am I suppose to do when I won't be able to get the Maelstorm weapons I want not because I don't know the mechanics because enemies and my own animations randomly change in speed while it's a matter of pure fucking luck if I know my bars were correct.

I've had to resort to using fucking Negate Magick instead of Dawnbreaker because if I know there's enemies around I need to cast negate before they've started attacking because I won't know how much damage I've taken before I've taken even more nor do I know if I'll be able to cast my abilities but not even that works any more because now I'm having more and more difficulties casting it.

Have other people reported on this? Because ESO is the only game I have these retarded connection issues in.
