As an AD you hit the highest priority target you can hit without risking yourself.

Obviously how much risk you can endure depends on lots of stuff like cooldowns and your items/summoners.

Teamfighting as AD is probably the hardest in the game so if you feel you're biting too much just hit whoever is closest and stay safe. Once you break diamond though you'll start needing to pull bigger plays, like baiting the enemy team to engage onto your QSS or flashing midfight to burst a 60% HP backliner (and making it out alive).

Remove GA and Steraks, you don't need them.
Buy more damage instead.
Bork is pretty decent but since they have no tanks you might as well go for IE, Mercurial or even essence reaver.
If game goes long enough to remove boots, then buy Phantom Dancer to retain some of the movespeed. IE PD if you had CDR runes oe could reliably auto a lot, Reaver PD or Mercurial PD otherwise.
Other good items to consider would have been Ghostblade or Maw. Though Maw isn't really needed against them over Mercurial.

Amumu clears fine once he's level 4.
Wukong clears like shit until level 7 or completed jungle item and boots.
Amumus has better cc and damage because mr still sucks dick and armor is still the most cost effective stat in the game.
He also does all of that damage with a full tank build, where wukong has to build 2 damage items at least, and a cleaver once someone has a chain vest or wardens
