Either you build like the pros do, full armor pen. Triforce, Youmuu then the basic armor pen stuff however you need them, aka Hexdrinker and Duskblade. Or you do what I do almost every game and Triforce, IE, Shiv and PD with Last Whisper whenever I feel like I need it.

Pick Thunderlords with Bandit 99% of the time, get 45% CDR. I run 5% flat 5% scaling, then Triforce Ionian boots for that 45%.

GP early game is absolute dogshit if the enemy knows what to do, but after lvl 13 when your barrel arming time maxes out you start to shit on literally every champ in the game. If the enemy is melee I recommend trying Doran's Ring for the sustain and just Q the enemy whenever you can for that sweet Bandit proc money. If against Gnar in lane expect to die at least once solo. It's an awful matchup. Yasuo is also pretty bad depending on how well he slides around your barrels.

Rank 1 ult nowadays is just a glorified Miss Fortune E, used mostly for assists in bot lane, later on in the game it will do a lot more damage and will proc thunderlords nicely.

I also run scaling health yellows for that sweet sweet 200 hp late game. Reds and quints both AD to make last hitting in early game easier, but you can do armor pen reds if you are good at last hitting.

I recommend watching Tobias Fate's stream. He's the best GP in the world at the moment and has pretty good banter too. Most of my item and rune setups are also basically stolen from him.

When I'm playing Lux, I feel like it's really hard to push in lane (since her E can't one shot casters, she has to AA each minion individually and all). And I know Lux wants a good roam or two to snowball off of. Knowing this, should I mostly just push and roam after getting my opponent out of lane (either poking him down or killing him outright)?
