grimhorn wilds dailies (minus the occasional final boss by luck) is really good

1) 2-4 twisted orbs for free per day
2) kill 10 elites quest gives 48k exp
3) kill 30 trash quest gives 36k exp
4) the mobs themselves give quite a bit so you end up getting 100k~ for 10 minutes of work
5) the occasional kairam helps you gather more twisted orbs & additional 48k exp
6) the quests count towards a 100-day quest achievement title
7) twisted orbs can be used for gold income by selling designs from the merchant

so yeah, i do it everyday. 10 minutes for 100k exp, side money, achievements, and a free offal of luminance is good enough for me.

Can anyone explain to me how pets work with gems? I know summoner cats benefit frm their owner's gem, and I have seen my thrall get buffs from my crit ruby too.

Is it just independent of my own chances or what? Cant anyone give me specifics?

BnS has the best combat of any MMO ever made hands down. And its not even close to debatable. It carries this game so much that its not even funny. The degree at which you can fuck around and be a jackass is outstanding compared to other games. You have the ability to die in 2 seconds if you are bad, and you have the ability to fight endlessly if you are good.

The ceiling for even just basic PvE self improvement is tremendous - the combat is hampered by simplistic bosses and server lag making many classes less than viable in unoptimal conditions.

Targeting is troublesome when in PvP against pet classes but this works fine for warlock, as its not moved via AI like the cat. This is another topic but likely what youre bitching about. Also all classes have AoE and PvE targeting doesnt matter that much.

Im not talking about UI, PvE, PvP, balance, classes. Im talking strictly abut someones own ability to shine through in combat in this game compared to all others, and that is what isnt debatable. Also this is only related to other MMOs obviously, as all MMOs are a degree lower than actual video games.
