Yeah. Riot's already reversed the system at higher ranks. I mean, in a way, most people don't care about lower ranks because there is a large pool of people so it's less likely to see dynamic queue (but it still happens frequently enough considering there's a bunch of "dynamic preferred" tags fucking floating around). It's not horrible but it's still a negative situation.

Higher ranks solo queue is started to be enforced. Simply because it's started to be demanded. Too many teams are running around smashing shit.

I often play with 3+ including myself so we often have all 3 lanes covered in terms of communication, most ganks are warned and argued about, gank paths and options available to the enemy are so easily explained that laners can now be prepared instead of getting caught off guard because missing ping only tells so much.

I mean we have improved as players but I'm not arrogant enough to say that I got plat based on skill alone, following the dynamic meta also had a lot to do with it.

Depends on the champion, but like you say, top laners often have an easier time at CSing, it's quite common that your top laner actually has the most CS in a game.

There's no real trick to it other than game knowledge, knowing your champion and micro managing/dealing with what your creeps are agroing. At higher divisions you can also see players noticing which of your own creeps are taking the most agro and taking trades when your laner comes to CS simultaneously with your own CSing.

If you're low elo just focus on CS and not dieing, that's about it. Reaching "LCS" standard CS isn't possible every game, that's just a fact. It's possible in the LCS because of how safe they play, but in solo queue don't expect your laner to not over extend to your turret and bully you out of lane, because they will do that and It will often times impact your CS.
