Enable primary weapons in stalker cloak, scout and sniper rifles now pierce through all types of shields, including spawn and personal shields

Make HA shields a passive that is always on and simply regenerates like regular shields, only slower. Increase LMG damage to 400 across the board

Allow LA to move at Flash speeds using their jump jets and allow c4 to be picked up from ammo packs and dead players

Give Engineer rocket launchers and make them passively regenerate vehicles they're inside of at whatever their nanotool speed is

Make the medigun a cone effect, nano regen ability now revives nearby friendlies, including the medic who is using it

Move sniper rifles to engineer, infiltrator becomes a purely infiltrating class

Move all the AI weapons from ESF to a Valkyrie, make ESF's faster and more agile - an air superiority fighters. Buff ESF weapons against liberators and galaxies.

Bring back the pre nerf liberator weapons.
By this the only way for air to have an impact on a ground is to have an air superiority within region.
ESF pilots are now heroes who can actually help and make the fights better instead of kdr padding cock grobbling faggots they are right now.

i like these ideas. the prowler anchor is already synonymous with its image, so that one isn't very likely to help the game (just nerf the prowlers armor or something instead and bring lockdown scaling in line with shield/magboost scaling so it has full effectiveness at lower rank but takes much longer to deploy/undeploy until max rank), but the others are all good

i also want to add some things to the air ideas
>ESF should be ESF and have zero easymode AI weapons, AI nose gun, rocket pods and hornets should be moved to valkyrie wings
>valkyrie should be the paper close-in air support flyer, since it is helpless against ESFs without a gunner.
>liberators should be terrors of the sky, but only when you have total air superiority. the noseguns should be moved to valkyrie wings so they can choose between AI guns, liberator guns or rocket pods
>galaxies should have proper support options, like utility slot for picking up allied vehicles (press F to give closest driver a prompt for consent) and AMS deploy when landed

Like asking how to fix Battle Frame Robotics in PlanetSide 1, the answer is simple:

Can't fix it, it's fucked.

You need to completely tear-down and redo the entire fucking gameplay mechanics. Movement speed as infantry and vehicles, gun recoil, damage and health values, armor reduction %, AND EVERY SINGLE MAP.
Then you look at what PlanetSide 1 did, and realise it was a piece of shit too and it's nostalgia goggles making you think it was awsome and impressive that everyone carried explosives and jammed on the health-kits to remain invincible.
OH WAIT THAT'S EXACTLY HOW PLANETSIDE 2 PLAYS, GUESS THEY DID COPY THE ORIGINAL.

I deleted my BR 110+ a few weeks after the release of construction exactly because it consistently remained in a crowded emptyness of dead prebuilt bases, and special-snowflake player-made fortresses manned by a grand total of 1 guy (who didn't build it) and get steamrolled by the still-existant zergs.

For all of the time spent on "development" it's surprisingly devoid of actual content and systems, which are integrated to motivate the players to do something other than fight one another, at least to start with.

Infiltrators have absolutely nothing of consequence to hack, and player made bases offer NOTHING to hack because it's always going to be built "perfectly"

the tl;dr of current PS2 "design" can be left at this:
1 Developers made modules independent structures.
2 Players place modules inside garages and NEVER in the "open" if they can help it; a gun is ALWAYS pointed at it.
3 There's no way to shut this gun down other than destroying it.
4 No infiltrator will bother sneaking in BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING TO DO, AND WHAT CAN BE DONE IS USELESS
