But anyways I start Dark Seal and 3 biscuits. Get level two and just harass the laner to no end with your gas and fling. Try to get tear and boots first back. After tear I grab RoA and swiftness boots, upgrading the tear to archangels when it gets around 600 or so stacks. Everything else is up to you, theres a lot of good singed items. I normally go Crystal Scepter>ZZrot>Deadmans. Protobelt and thornmail are other great choices on him, for example. Just pick a lane and push it, use tp for ganks early and for split pushing late, but that should be obvious.

If you are talking about casual and young audiences (biggest league demographic) then high elo is probably gold and up, it has the reward and it's about top 30% at G5 and top 10% at high G1

If you are talking between older 20+ audience then the average shifts up considerably and you definitely want to be at least platinum which is top 10% at P5 and top 2% at high P1

In dedicated and active communities high elo starts at D4 sometimes even higher than that.

In professional and amateur scenes high elo starts at Masters

This. He's S-tier and he can carry hard if you master him and get a good support to duo with you in bot lane.

Secondly, he has blatant weaknesses that make him a crutch to the team if you don't play with him somewhat cautiously at times. He has no mobility or evasive moves besides a snare which occurs after you hit a said target before doing so. The fourth shots is the most key - in every auto attack, in every Q, and in his ult.

This makes farming initially difficult as well, yet it's also extremely important in his early and mid game. A combo of timing the q just right and using traps usually does it. As it stands, Jhin does not use any items that give him particularly good AOE for CSing - as he is primarily a sniper after all. He is all about kills mid and late game, taking out people from afar, or snaring stragglers from afar so that your team can take them down in a group.

But once you get the hang of him, he's fun as fuck. Killing people with that 4th hit crit, or that final shot in his ult and seeing their bodies blow up into rose petals is the most satisfying finishing move shit in the game.

The better you are the higher attack speed you can sustain and more kiting you can do
Some people can perfect kite at 2 but not at 2.5

On the lanning phase play like a pussy pre-six, farm safely using q to trade, drop your shroud to last hit if under pressure. Don't worry about farming *too* much, just concentrate on not letting the opponent get too big a lead (and definitely don't feed them any kills). As soon as you're six and max stacks on the R (don't initiate a a fight with less than at least 2 stacks ever) go ham. Now is the time you'll make up for the poor farming by getting kills, so roam if there's any potential for ganking on the other lanes. Rush gunblade AD first if the lane opponent is giving you trouble farming, but if you think you can trade well with them go revolver first.

A lot of people think lichbane is good on her, but don't listen to them, it's shit. Go Luden's instead. Abyssal, deathcap and voidstaff, are the followup items, stick a zhonya there if necessary though I don't really like it.

Go standard AP runes (magpen reds, armor yellows, AP blues and quints). Masteries are 12/18/0 with thunderlord keystone, make sure to get vampirism and not natural talent.

You're contradicting yourself. Considering kog is a late game hyper carry that means he's at his most relevant with a full build which is impossible to kite after AA making it not an optimal playstyle at all.

I still don't understand how you don't get it. Same kiting, same movement speed, the only difference is instead of getting 1 hit in, you'll get 3. You still do the exact same animation as any other adc, literally nobody bothers kiting as kogmaw after every AA because he's meant to be a turret.
