This. Im all for personal mechanics but not ones where the raid's success hinges upon it constantly. I'd rather have a combination of personal mechanics that kill the individual if they mess up combined with REASONABLE group jump rope mechanics. Ideally content should be doable without having to use addons or VOIP.
