are brewmasters fucking terrible or are all brewmaster players terrible?

Every single brewmaster i've healed on my resto druid in heroics today has required me to pay attention to them 100% of the time. Every other tank can function with being topped off and having hots on for a little while so I can go heal other people but the brewmasters require me to spam healing touch on them with all the hots going the entire time or they instantly drop down to below 20%. I'm fucking ilvl 827 it shouldnt be so hard to heal heroics at this point but monks make it so.

Shadow looks like the most interesting, fun, and unique DPS spec, plus I have the added benefit of having a Holy/Disc option and better race choices (namely dorf)
