So far I've only played Warrior and I love this Class Order Hall. Fucking badass viking Gods in the sky that I can teleport to and then crash land on the ground. Fuck yes. Are all Class Halls equally this badass, or did Warriors get lucky?

The spec design is shit.

Destruction is balanced around it's retarded mastery, and thus it will never have baseline hard hitters. Ever. You will see Rogues shit out Run Throughs for 150% of your Chaos Bolt damage in time shorter than it takes for you to build shards, and still Chaos Bolt will not be buffed. Why? Because then the mastery can in some circumstances make it super turbo op.
Destruction also will never be allowed to be the #1 ranged on single target fights when specced for it, despite sacrificing EVERYTHING for single-target damage. Why? Because Wreak Havoc exists and it means the warlock would do twice the dps of other classes on cleaves.
The soul shards aren't going anywhere, so you will also never have reliable burst.
They won't add new spells, so GrimServ imp and trusty Doomguard will be your only damage cooldowns. Who fucking cares every other class gets spec-specific dps cooldowns.

Affliction is balanced around UA, the heavy hitting DoT. It is also balanced in a way that prevents it from shredding council and cleave fights by multi-dotting. This means your DoT damage on single target is fucking shit and so is your shard generation, and this is why Soul Effigy exists - a band-aid fucking solution to garbage design. And then you notice that Warlocks literally get a rolling ignite, a mechanic Blizzard found broken 5 expansions ago and removed from Mages.
So, thanks to all this your non-UA DoT spells will forever be shit. Because balancing the spec around idk, fucking Haunt and Drain Soul boosting DoT tickrate for single target pseudo-burst while allowing it to do great on cleaves/councils would be too much. And then your AoE is ABYSMAL except for the StS + Phantom Singularity combo, at which point it becomes good but then you suck dick at single target so better fucking carry ten tons of Tomes of the Tranquil Mind, faggot.
Also you should fucking enjoy the exact same dps cooldowns Destro has, because fuck you Warlock.

It didn't achieve it's perfect form until Warlords, though, anon.
And while still useable, it's spirit is dead; it bears no resemblence to what it was before.
All of it's cooldowns, unique mechanics, and utilities, have been replaced with Ironskin Brew and it gained nothing in return.
You can't even use Ox Statue without sacrificing your only stun. Most healing is RNG with Gift of Ox. Even the DPS rotation has been bore-ified.

Literally Class Fantasy.

Demonology takes an interesting idea - summoning tons upon tons of demons to do your job and executes it poorly. The spec isn't well thought out at all. Every spell you have, from your filler nuke to shitting out imps takes time to cast. Overall the spec flows good - you build your resource, you spend your resource, your damage gradually ramps up the more you spend it.
But the damage ramps up too slowly for it to be enjoyable, as shitting out imps takes time. To alleviate this problem, some brilliant motherfucking intern at Blizzard designed Demonic Empowerment, a spell you will spam half the time because of one demon fading, other coming, because of overlaps and because you can't just fucking nuke or shit out imps, you have to also MAINTAIN them.
Now, this could be a good spell. It could do this and extend the timer on your demons by a few seconds. It could apply this aura to your Felguard and make every new demon you summon benefit from it for the duration. But it doesn't.
Don't get me wrong, this spec COULD actually have decent flow. If Dreadstalkers were instant for example, if Demonic Empowerment worked the way I described with Felguard/whatever demon you permanently summon leading the charge. If, finally, imps stayed up longer and didn't have potato AI that causes you to switch targets at a glacial pace.
It would be a decent sustained dps spec, which lack of burst could be partially solved by artifact ability and a Kill Command ripoff for your main demon.
The only thing that prevents Demonology from being good is the retarded notion that Warlocks should be bunkers on legs and should stay rooted in one place forever and lose a significant portion of their dps if they decide to walk around while nuking. That's literally all there is. Rest is just HALF ASSED FUCKING DESIGN THAT SOMEHOW MADE IT THROUGH THE BETA DESPITE TEN TONS OF FUCKING FEEDBACK DENOUNCING IT.

The DPS rotation is fine imo if you take Blackout Combo (like you should) and if you take the talent for extra Ox orbs they're up most of the time. Also I feel like we just get more dodge now naturally with our new mastery so Elusive Brew is not needed really. It's different for sure but I don't think it's bad at all, I'm certainly still enjoying it. I know people tend to hate change but if you give it a chance it's still the most enjoyable tank by far imo.

I've done 4 or 5 dungeons so far already, though, anon.
I'm just not feeling it.
Brewmaster was a pleasure to play every time I logged on in WoD, even if the expac was bad.
This time around it's just exceptionally boring. I like having lots of buttons to press, lots of mechanics to keep me stimulated, and lots of cooldowns to play with. Everything being replaced with passives and ISB isn't my idea of a good time.

The opposite, actually. It's a nice gesture to receive it early and then spend the rest of the expansion empowering it, earning new appearances, finding out more about it through the Order Hall, etc.

Compare this to XIV's Relic, which requires you to slog through literally months of repetitive tasks until you get your weapon, and the end result is anticlimactic because you don't get anything - lore, appearances, nothing - until it gets tossed on your lap as a reward.
