Because you are misinterpreting the nature of the setting. "Good and Evil" is not the name of the game here. The key words here are "Order and Chaos." Order is not inherently ethically good. Chaos is not inherently ethically evil. There are not clearly defined lines between who can be trusted and who can't be trusted. There are enemies on all sides and these factions have set up strict uncompromising cultures to protect themselves from a force that might tear their living soul from their body, rape everything that passes for an orifice on a disembodied spirit, and then eat it for an afternoon snack.

Outside cultures = Threats.

Bretonnia and the Empire don't like eachother because they have very different ways of doing things. Their cultures put them at odds even though they're both factions of Order. The Dwarves honor the pacts their ancestors made with the Empire, but they are also aware of the side of man that involves theft, lies, and betrayals. The Norscans are normal people most of the time, some even trade with the Empire when their gods haven't decided it's time to fuck shit up.

There are daemon-possessed people, mutants, cultists, witches, pillagers, saboteurs, and pretty much every threat you could imagine constantly assailing all of the Order factions. Anyone that runs things differently is dangerous. Anyone that shirks their responsibilities or leads others astray is a liability at best.

The "good" races don't get along because they can't afford to get along.

How do people do this without taking insane attrition? By turn 50 i'm usually still fucking around in stirland or averland because of slow as fuck spread of corruption. I tried to attack reikland once that early and lost a third of my army just marching through it and then the garrison at altdorf raped me.

I use a main army of good units/main lord and a couple disposable stacks of zombies/skeletons trailing alongside that I can merge and raise replacements for if need be
Straight into stirland after uniting sylvania (avoid averland unless they've declared war on you), you don't take attrition in land you own, then keep raiding across the border into reikland, starting with grunburg.
pushing past the empire armies will probably kill off all of your fodder armies, leaving a mass grave where you can raise units from to siege and eventually take altdorf
Not only that, but the battlefield graves will last the whole game so you may not even need recruitment buildings in reikland

There's no doubt that the FW models will feature prominently in the faction's TW release, but I only hope that they also integrate some of the big red hats and tusks from the 90s, cause the new models sort of lack a strong identity, they're just shrunken down Chaos Warriors (which, admittedly, was the original concept for the race from the 1980s).

It's pretty simple when I think about it.
Vlad isn't just the best character in the Warhammer world, he might just be the greatest character of all time.
Just imaging him riding through the swamps of Sylvania, the wind in his hair, his mighty steed below him.

They know how he smells, the essence of his smell is sold in Marienburg under the the name of "Carstein Orgasm."
The very nature of Vlad is mystery.
Could he be playing a deeper game than even his creator realizes?
The answer is yes, he has transcended such boundaries as the written world, and has free will to do whatever he sees fit.
However, Vlad is filled with such guile, such arcane craft that he does not even use these powers.
Why, you might ask? You will never know, for the mind of the Vlad is not one that is easily penetrated.
Vlad is such a force of nature in his realm that nothing can truly touch him, the only thing keeping him bound to the page at all is his will to exist within the preordained boundaries of his world.
Vlad is not only beyond the comprehension of us, he exists within a plane of true focus and beauty.
Observe his playful smile, his gorgeous and rippling biceps, his gallant nose, and most importantly, his eyes.
His eyes, like pools of saffron, provide the only glimpse into the true machinations of Vlad. Do not stare into them. Many good men have gone mad in the attempt.
Vlad is not just a character, a formless collection of words and images, he is himself is the binding that holds the Warhammer world together.
Without Vlad, the entire Warhammer world, the entire Games Workshop as we know it crumbles.

Rumors of Chaos stirring in the North were confirmed as valid from Karls most noble allies in Kislev, Vlad Von Carstein the Tactical Genius of Sylvania had returned and now; it was time for his absolutely loathed weekly psychiatric appointment.

"It's just insane!" Bellowed Franz to his psychologist as he went on about the stresses of being Emperor of a empire constantly under threat. "I mean, the orcs were right there! Why did Marienburg attack us? I mean sure we would have to bring Marienburg into the fold eventually anyway, but what good is your independence when the orcs are literally on your door step!".

His psychologist was unusually quiet, ordinarily by this time he'd be telling Franz about the wonderful job he is doing as Emperor and how all of the empires lands would've been butchered by one foe or another if it weren't for him. While a benefit to his ego it hardly lowered Karls stress. Nevertheless Franz took the silence as indication to keep going.

"Oh and Thogrim contacted me, he broke our alliance. For no reason! Oh hey nevermind this ancient pact from before our Empire was even founded and forget the symbol of eternal friendship we gave you. We're done, don't wana be around you anymore. Nope. I mean isn't Grimgor ironhide enough of a uniting force to demonstrate the need of our alliance?"

That's a really bad idea to begin with. Anyway you'll need vampire agents to sit and camp within your territory for a while, and make sure your own agents stay away so they don't undo the corruption. Unless you're playing multiplayer campaign I'd say it would be hard to do.
