Flowey was a complete accident, and the dust being on the flower she used was pretty much impossible to have known. a shitload of time has passed since Asriel's death, so it's on Asgore for not mentioning that.
The Monsters were literally in a pre-death coma that all monsters have. The families sent them in willingly. Alphys did not know the DT would bring them to life, nor did she know they'd become unstable. Either way, none of the amalgamates or their families were harmed by the situation, with the only mistake she made being that she didn't tell people what happened and kept the amalgamates hidden because she had tricked herself into thinking she'd be hated, when in reality absolutely nobody was mad at her.
