Turn based RPG with an emphasis on item crafting and time management. Grinding is bad because of said time management, as these games are generally meant to be played in NG+ with past equipment if you're shooting for post-game shenanigans. That said, I've heard that the Dusk series tones down the time management elements a lot, with Shallie removing it outright if I'm not mistaken.

The games are less about combat or typical RPG progression and more about an open-ended approach to time management and relatively complex item synthesis (it's nothing like, say, Legend of Mana, but it does have a good amount of depth). The games are not for everyone, but they're really good regardless.

USK is the german equivalent of PEGI. Germans are really bad when it comes to video game censorship, though they aren't as bad as they once were, either way, they are legally required to put those giant usk logos on there, but noone is forcing them to put pegi next to it

Just finished the main story of Persona Dancing All Night.

As in actually reasons because the game is that great, not just 'oh I already have the console, guess I'll play this'. Danganronpa, VLR, Steins;Gate (Nothing's better than staying up all night playing a really good VN and the Vita is just so much better than the pc to do so).
Also Gravity Rush always surprise me on how much having this on an handheld is incredible. Severed is also an unique game that fits perfectly the Vita, and Dungeon travelers 2 is fun incarnated and an excellent exclusive.

I'm personally excited as hell about Valkyrie Drive and Uppers but obviously haven't played them yet.

Honestly it's also a question of "does a handheld make sense for you?" Do you travel? Do you find yourself in places where you think "Damn I wish I was playing video games but my PC is at home"?

If so then, you know, get a Vita. It's got some system seller games and plenty of games that once you have the system you'll be glad to have, if you find yourself in those situations a lot.

Why do people say blood arts are better than predator styles? From the looks of it Blood Arts just railroad you into using only a fraction of your moveset for optimal damage while predator styles serve a multitude of functions like dodging with silverclaw or blocking with dionaea, while providing passive buffs.

I like blood arts because some of them are silly and fun to use, but I miss having more predator styles because devouring is now a pain and hassle to the point where I don't even do it most of the time. I'm not even talking about the buffs or additions they add either, I just want the simplicity of different kinds of devouring back.

Use it for larger aragami as your main attack or at a distance when they are attacking with certain attacks. You make up for the fact you don't get a lot of damage per hit by doing damage at times where other weapons can't or hitting multiple enemies.

I was the same way actually, but I eventually started using two hands because I felt like I was giving myself arthritis by overworking my thumb.

I just got charged $9.99 and i haven't bought anything on PSN and when i look at my transactions there is nothing and when i check the paypal description all it says is "Sony PSN BA via Console". Check the hardware, especially analog nubs- there should be no drifting nor wear. Them and buttons are fairly easy to replace thou.
Any firmware up to 3.60 is preferable, it doesn't really matter if you want to pirate or not -homebrew is always fun and there are already few modded games with ripped original voices from japanese releases. Not to mention emulation, various plugins, cheats and other fun stuff that is known from PSP.
