It works. Hard to hit multiple targets, but say you have a Zarya ult and their Zen transcends. Normally this would save them apart from a DVa or mccree ult or whatever. But your bio nade will do the job too

She's more mid range than long range. Getting good with her becomes a game of learning how to aim the sleep dart and use it at appropriate times (for example sleeping someone so they'd get hit by Reinhardt).

She reloads faster if she hasn't gone to zero, so try reloading at 1 or 2 darts left.
