Soul Effigy can get a little tricky to keep tabs on at first, but over time, you'll get a "feel" for how much time you have before the DoTs fall off it (usually the amount of time it takes to refresh all DoTs on the main target)

This is pretty annoying. My first character on launch had the stormheim intro quest for the alliance bug. But abandoning the quest and re taking it fixed it.

On my Warlock and Death Knight it happened again but the quest won't fix, or it plays the cut scene, I get 2 loading screens and I'm back on the ship without the quest advancing but the game thinks I'm in the phase.

Tried it again on my Shaman but it worked fine that time.

I guess I gotta open a ticket?

Move the rooks diagonal to those spots.
If medivh cheats with fire on King/Queen, move forward into the spot from your pawns.
