Every week, the same question. I'm going to make the copypasta right now.
The Gunsmith Glitch is a once-a-week glitch that occurs at reset on gunsmith day. Load into the tower BEFORE reset, and approach Banshee-44. Remain in his screen until reset passes, you should see that week's set of guns show up. Buy what you want, back out to orbit. Go back to the tower and see Banshee-44 again. You should be able to turn in the guns you just bought for that week's rolls.
From my experience, it takes about 5 minutes from reset for the packages to "arrive".

Forerunner stuff is very cool, but I just absolutely hate memory clone/body double shit. If it didn't have the Halo moniker slapped on it it would be incredible, which it is, but there's something that bothers me about it. Same with 4's Didact business. I liked when he was seemingly more of a benevolent, but somewhat tortured champion of a bygone era who just sorta disappeared--kinda like Chief at the end of 3.
But yeah, really cool high flung sci-fi concepts. I like Bear's work to begin with though, so that probably helps.
