A mana-less assassin/tank with a troubled past

His passive (Path of the Misunderstood) is that he has no cap on his attack speed, crit chance or cdr. If he has over 100% crit chance it gets added onto his crit damage. All of these stats are doubled, as well
He also gets a shield every 5 seconds that he hasn't taken damage.

His Q (Iron Tsunami) is a skillshot slash. After two successful Iron Tsunamis, the next unleashes a wave of water that stuns enemies

His W (Water Screen) blocks all enemy auto attacks or spells

His E (Dashing Edge) makes him dash to any location so long as he hasn't dashed to that exact location in the last 10 seconds. It also deals escalating true damage with each successive dash.

His R (Final Inhale) deals heavy damage to all stunned targets in an area. He can also AA while doing this ability

The hypnosis isn't that easy to proc at all; there would be a clear visual indicator, and after you notice it you can just face away for a second to reset the timer. The stun can also be QSS'd or Mikael'd.

Also, moving with his E halves his MS and consumes a lot of mana: it's more of a survival/damage tool than an engage tool, or can be used to not be affected by your own ultimate and channel safely.
