Why are Warlocks the best? Because they have the highest skill ceiling of course! Titans have the highest skill floor meaning they are the easiest to use. But in high level play where everyone is at top tier in terms of skill, Warlocks are second to none.

Hunters (Mainly nightstalkers) Are also very good if you know how to make use of their nades and smoke. But in high level play Warlocks outclass them. Titans are near useless in sweats, you only see them because of the no duplicate subclass rule. If that wasn't in place Titans would never see play. It would mainly be Voidwalker and Nightstalker.
