It was the worst in DeS. I got a mage to 50/50 int/fai and my ToB demolished everything through NG++. Even aside from the magic missiles crushing everything in your path, the buffs and utility spells you get trivialize a lot of other things too; no need to ever fear the squidheads when you can silence them.

can someone please tell me the point of running a pure dex build over a quality build because i cant see one.

chaos blade is literally the only dex weapon in this game and while i can sharp infuse any weapon i want, the damage is piss poor even up to 50-60 dex and i end up running out of useful stats to put my remaining levels in to.

at least with a strength build i can pump up vitality and med roll with a greatshield and a great weapon 4 ultimate turtle

Honestly I think Wolnir would be better without him summoning ninja skeletons, but he's not that bad.

Now greatwood, that's a shitty boss in every possible aspect. The eggs hitboxes are straight up broken. Try hitting the one on his back with anything that isn't a ss r1 - it's impossible. The one on his thigh is not impossible, but unbelievable hard to hit with anything but, guess what, a ss r1. At least you can still damage Wolnir outside the braceletes, but not greatwood.

Also greatwood has the shittiest thing a boss can have, sharing this characteristic with Aldritch, a "zoning" move. A move that forces you to do nothing but wait for it to stop. If it slams it butt on the ground, you can't do ANYTHING but wait for either the tree to move or the acid to vanish. It's the same with that retarded iron shower. Greatwood is even worse in that aspect because the plataform in which the boss FUCKING STARTS makes his lower parts clip and if he buttslams the acid doesn't appear because it's clipping under the floor.

Greatwood is a mess.

Darklurker wasn't bad either, but his clone being able to kill you after it died was extremely annoying.

Flexile Sentry and Rotten are on two different ends of the DaS2 quality list so I'm not sure what you mean by that.
